SF using Virus Free mind book

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that I am bad.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that I am a victim.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that I am unable to change my experience of this world.

I forgive myself that I haven't accepted and allowed myself to realise that by playing the role of a victim I am disempowering myself.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to be reactive after an event

I forgive myself that I haven't accepted and allowed myself to be creative during in avent - seeing right through the moment instead of seeing/looking back afterwards in regret.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe and perceive that i have no Ability to Respond and change my experience.

I forgive myself that I haven't accepted and allowed myself to realise that an event manifested outside of myself can only inlfuence and have an effect on me if I give it permission to do so.

I forgive myself that I have blindly accepted and allowed events manifested outside of myself to unfluence, direct and control me through permission.

I forgive myself that I haven't accepted and allowed myself to realise that anticipation as expectation brings dissapointment.

I forgive myself that I haven't accepted and allowed myself to realise that anticipation is reactive as I wait for an even to react to.

I forgive myelf that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe myself to be inadequate when faced an event where a being expresses anger.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to react in fear ot anger.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed an automated chain reaction to exist within and as me : anger-> fear

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to automatically react into fear to anger - as a habbit.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed the reaction of fear to anger within me without stopping for a moment and seeing that it is useless to react in fear towards anger.

I forgive myself that I haven't accepted and allowed myself to STOP when a fear reaction is triggered by anger.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed FEAR to be my only respons to anger.
