Day 239: Experience Living

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to hold on to my experiences as I perceive and believe that the only way to give myself direction and derive guidelines of ‘who to be’ and ‘what to do’ comes from what I experience inside myself

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe and perceive that the only way to have direction and have a guideline is to fall back on my experiences as my compass of positive and negative as what to say yes and no to depending on what I experience as positive or negative

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to perceive and believe that using experience as emotions and feelings and thoughts as the morality construct of right and wrong is the only way to have direction in life

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to perceive and believe that if I give up my thoughts, feelings and emotions that I am giving up direction for myself in life

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to perceive and believe that if I give up my thoughts, feelings and emotions that there is ‘nothing else’ and ‘nothing left’ to fall back on

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe and perceive that I do not have the capacity of common sense and considering what is best for all and so when the notion comes up of ‘give up all emotions, feelings and thoughts’ I go into a panic -- because I perceive and believe that nothing else exists besides emotions, feelings and thoughts

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to participate in a continuous dance of balancing the positive and negative energetic experiences inside myself - constantly compensating one for the other, perceiving and believing that I am 'moving forward' but really I am just stuck in a cycle of infinity, moving between polarities, where even though the 'seasons' change, I have not changed, I only think and perceive I have changed based on the notion that 'there was movement'

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to perceive and believe that if only I had more positive experiences that 'things would be better' - not seeing and realizing that only the 'experience' is better but that this is not an actual indicator of things for real being and moving better - as both the positive and negative energy are an illusion and not an indicator of reality

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to perceive and believe that I am incapable of principled living which then only leaves me with experienced living -- which leaves me as a victim to the dictations of my mind as the positives and negatives I've accumulated and assigned to words throughout my childhood from my family, culture, environment - which is essentially random as it is based on the negatives and positives others had assigned and passed on / shared through various encounters where I have established my own ‘cocktail’ of positives and negatives as ‘MY’ outlook on life encapsulated in positive and negative experiences, not seeing and realizing that it is not MY outlook on life and living but the outlooks I’ve copied and integrated from those around and before me

Day 223: Words and the Hidden Battle of Energies

Within being pregnant and walking the preparation of walking/living with another as myself within having to stand as example, I have been working a lot with Words. I have been closely studying the Parenting: Perfecting the Human Race Series for instance which pretty much can be translated into the Science of Words and has been very interesting to listen to (You can download Part 1, Part 2, Part 3, Part 4 and Part 5 of the series for free FYI from the Eqafe website). The baby to be has also been sharing points through the portal whereby he will give an update on his personal process and also assist and support me in indicating what words/points to work with that he can already see is impacting him. So it’s been words, words, words for me lately and I have been enjoying the process quite immensely in working with words and dissecting my relationship with words, which are essentially like Maps to ourselves.

My mother is now also visiting for a bit and now I have been able to observe the ‘Science of Words’ quite clearly as well in my communication with her and hers towards me. This is the person who raised me with her words, so it has been quite interesting to see what comes up within myself as we talk and discuss things.

The first thing I noticed is that I would react a lot more towards my mother than I would “normally” do with any other person, and the reactions would also not make much sense – in the sense that it was clear that they were being ‘irrational’. So when I first noticed that I got that I had to start slowing down more. What was interesting then was how I could see while we talked that she would be for instance sharing a story or making a point, but there would be like a ‘shadow story’/’shadow message’ attached to it. Where if you look at the words by itself, it seemed like she was just ‘sharing a story’ – but then looking at the undertone of the story as the energies connected to certain words – there was an additional message connected to it, like the message was ‘bugged’ with a particular energy, sending me a message. I would then receive this ‘energy’ message and resonantly react to what she is saying – first not really knowing exactly ‘what’ I was reacting to, and then slowing myself down and spacing out what had just happened I could tell the exact words that had been energy-laden and how within looking at the composition of the energies along with the words used – I could see a sense of ‘manipulation’ coming through essentially, as I had reacted in fear to the particular story she told which made me want to re-consider some of the decisions I had made (which I know my mother doesn’t completely agree with lol).

In a way, I felt like I had been ‘shot’ with an energy bullet – where on the surface, our communication appeared nice enough, but the shadow conversation that was taking place as energy exchange felt like a stab in the back.

Fascinatingly enough though, I found myself doing the exact same thing an hour or so later – where I was sharing with her something that in itself as ‘just the words’ seemed innocent/genuine – yet I had attached a particular energy to the words, kind of last minute, to deliberately and specifically generate a reaction of fear within her – where as I was saying the words I saw an opportunity to ‘get back’ at her and was able to induce some sense of fear into her. As the last bit of words came out of my mouth, I already realised what I had done and immediately went into shame and regret – because obviously this is not cool and was completely unnecessary. Yet at the same time it was cool to witness this type of communication/interaction within a ‘Mother/Daughter’ set-up/scenario – where I could really see everything I had learnt so far about words in action, being able to witness how this practically plays out in a parenting relationship, how we have this whole other layer/dimension of communication existent between human beings that we are basically not even aware of and how definitely our relationship to words and usage of words has become one of complete deception and manipulation instead of honesty and integrity. So this was a cool reminder/wake up call, re-emphasising the importance of working with words, working with Vocabulary and the work that needs to go into preparing oneself to become an effective Parent, because you have to basically re-design your whole Living as all the Words you use to re-align them to what is Best for All where we no longer ab-use and mis-use words but become Living Words which mean exactly that which they are, and are straight to the point without any Hidden Agendas.

Day 213: Arguments of Convenience

This blog is in continuation to:
Day 211: Don't Be So Ridiculous!
Day 212: Time is Money

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to go into an experience of ridiculousness and futility whenever I am doing something which could be perceived/labelled as 'non-productive' within a monetary sense

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to generate an experience of guilt whenever I am doing something / participating within something which could be perceived as 'non-productive' within a monetary sense and thus I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that I must at all times be productive

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to have turned the concept of 'unproductivity' into an excuse -- where I have accepted and allowed myself to bring it up as a reason as to why doing something or investigating a point which is in relation to developing self-intimacy and self-understanding is not 'what I should do now' and manipulate myself into skipping / postponing the activity under the guise that 'it's not productive', while I am merely just resisting the point of exploring and developing self-intimacy

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to sabotage myself within not doing things which require me to work on myself as a being, where I use the reason / excuse that 'it is not productive' to make myself feel 'okay' with not doing it

I forgive myself that I haven't accepted and allowed myself to see and realise that if I don't take the time out for myself to work on myself then I cannot expect others to do the same and thus cannot expect this world to change any time soon -- as the very system of 'productivity' and 'infinite economic growth' is merely the result/outcome/consequence of our human nature which we accepted and allowed collectively and thus unless we do something about our nature, the system will remain the same as an equal and one reflection of who we are -- and thus as long as I allow myself to postpone self-change I am postponing the change of the system and will always find myself in a 'productivity trap'

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to downplay the importance of self-investigation and self-exploration within the belief that it 'doesn't help anyone else' -- not seeing and realising that change starts with self and that if no-one takes out the time to change themselves we will always believe that we are unable to change and remain victims of our own stupidity

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to use my 'productivity' argument at times when I don't want to do a point of self-intimacy / working on myself and then at other times use the 'I need time for myself' argument when I don't feel like doing something which could be categorized as 'productive'-- where these arguments conveniently pop up according to what I want to do instead of what needs to be done / what would be best for all -- where I allow energy to determine the 'reasoning applicable in the moment' to manipulate my way into always 'doing what I want' instead of using practical common sense within 'doing what needs to be done', where my preferences only come secondary

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to swing from one side to the other where I will either focus too much on productivity and too little on self-development, or too much on self-development and too little of productivity -- where I do not allow myself to line out a practical balance because obviously both points require to be addressed

Day 210: Blinded by the Light/Shine of Money

Continuation to:
Day 206: Uncovering the Mysteries of Self: Just Follow the Money!
Day 207: Buying Power and the Idea of Freedom

Day 208: Freedom and Limitation - Two Sides fof the Same Coin

Day 209: Correcting instead of Sidestepping

When and as I see myself experiencing what I believe to be ‘freedom’ – I stop and I breathe – I see and realize that I have defined freedom within energy in the past and thus I commit myself to check whether or not I am coming from an energetic starting point and walk the necessary corrections to correct myself

When and as I see myself experiencing ‘freedom’ in relation to money as a positive energetic charge – I stop and I breathe – I see and realize that I am coming from a polarity construct where I am used to having a negative experience in relation to money or what money will not allow when it is absent – and thus I commit myself to bring myself back here within and as breath, in and as my human physical body and let go of the energetic connection. I see and realize that things are nice when there is money and that things are not nice when there is no money and thus I commit myself to change the way the current money system operates so we can get this sorted once and for all – and to not allow myself to be carried away by positive/negative energies -- so that future generations do not need to go into polarity experiences in relation to money or create psychological disorders around money simply because it is not always there

When and as I see myself experiencing a positive energetic charge upon purchasing something – I stop and I breathe – I see and realize that the positive energetic experience I am having is a delusion based on a money system of inherent negativity as limitation and unnecessary suffering – I see and realize that by falling into the trap of ‘experiencing money positively’ I am in fact glorifying a genocide machine which cares only for itself. Thus I commit myself to breathe and ground myself into and as my human physical body and remind myself of what needs to be done/walked in order to change the money system/world system that is in fact Best for All as the only “Positive” way Money can ever exist

When and as I see myself accumulating / building up a desire to buy something, and where this desire grows stronger over time – I stop and I breathe – I see and realize that I am attempting to balance out an opposite polarity experience and thus I commit myself to investigate where this ‘desire’ all of a sudden comes from and to address the point of negativity to assist and support myself in remaining here, stable

When and as I see myself being angry at my parents / blaming them / complaining about how they treated me/us (the children) with money – I stop and I breathe – I see and realize that they have never had practical support in relation to money and parenting as such assistance and support has never existed for anyone, where they merely did ‘what they thought was right’/’would yield the best result’ for them/us/the finances and so I commit myself to forgive and let go and to walk as an example

Day 202: Personalizing Bad Grades

This blog is a continuation to:
Day 199: Exam Nightmares
Day 200: I Don't Do Bad Grades
Day 201: Classmates or Competitors?

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to access fear of failure whenever I am studying within accessing the 'race'/'competition'-point, where I fear for myself and my future just thinking of the possibility of bad grades

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to have connected 'the end of my future' / 'the end of the world' to 'bad grades' within an emotional attachment of fear

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to have created and attached an emotional attachment/layer to 'bad grades' as in 'grades just above passing' or 'failing grades' -- wherein I react to it in fear and despair instead of practically analyzing what feedback these grades give me and how I can change/adapt things to 'improve' them

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to have connected 'failure' to 'bad grades' where I believe that only 'failures' do 'bad grades' and that 'bad grades' is a bad omen for 'future failures' / ensures 'future failure'

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to take bad grades personal, where instead of practically looking at how I got to have bad grades, I am worried about my image and reputation, whereby now I don't only fear 'the end of the world' as my 'future being in jeopardy' but also the 'end of my image' and 'end of my reputation' -- where I believe I have to keep my bad grades hidden/ a secret so that no-one can find out that I don't match the image/reputation I try to uphold

I forgive myself that I haven't accepted and allowed myself to see and realise that this has got nothing to do about 'others' but only myself -- where I am the one investing energy and placing value in the idea of 'not having bad grades' -- where I may just as well not invest energy and value into the idea resulting in me not having issues with bad grades, and simply working through the necessary steps/procedures to correct this point -- within this I forgive myself that I haven't accepted and allowed myself to see and realise that it is my emotional attachment / view of grades that is keeping me /hindering me from practically working through the correction of improving myself, as I am being blindsided by emotional outbursts, preventing me from seeing to the point

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to be so invested in a miniscule point like grades, where my whole being will shake if I see the sight of bad grades -- but where if I later that day see the news with people being bombed I will feel nothing in comparison -- indicating to me how our value systems have become completely warped and have lost all perspective about what really matters

Day 195: Giving up on Myself - No More Head in the Clouds

This blog is a continuation to:
Day 190: Giving up on Myself - The Spoiled Brat Syndrome
Day 191: Giving up on Myself - My Life is so Rough (Part 2)
Day 192: Giving up on Myself - Happiness Drone (Part 3)
Day 193: Giving up on Myself - The Quick Fix Cycle (Part 4)

Day 194: Giving up on Myself - Idea of Roughness (Part 5)

When and as I see myself take my reality for granted, where I make use of things without investigating how it got in my life and what its implications are -- I stop and I breathe – I see and realise how consequential such an attitude can be and so I commit myself to investigate all points in my reality to put myself in a position where I can make informed decisions within the principle of Prevention is the Best Cure and Give to another as you would Like to Receive

When and as I see myself being apathetic -- I stop and I breathe – I see and realise that apathy is part of the problem within the world as a reaction to a world of inequality and injustice – but not a solution and so I commit myself to move myself out of apathy as passive resistance and to instead engage myself actively within ensuring that I use my time / every breath effectively within contributing towards the establishment of World Equality as a World I would like to live in

When an as I see myself not wanting to do something which I see requires to be done or not wanting to do what someone asks me to do because I don't want to give up what I am currently doing and the 'positive'/'good vibe' energy charge connected to it -- I stop and I breathe – I see and realise that I am basing my experience on energy variables as attachments to definitions and within that base my decisions upon my experience which was determined by energy/definition – which has no relation to common sense mathematical reasoning or consideration in anyway whatsoever and so I commit myself to disregard the charges and to see within common sense practicality whether or not I am able to do what was asked and move myself accordingly and I commit myself to investigate the various positive and negative charges I accepted and allowed myself to attach to particular tasks/engagements as word definition and to clear them through Self forgiveness and redefine them

When and as I see myself wanting to be cared for -- I stop and I breathe – I see and realise that if I want to be cared for I have to first take care of myself and be willing to take care of others as a point of principle and example and thus this is what I commit myself to do

When and as I see myself believe that I am better / more important than other people -- I stop and I breathe – I see and realise that I do not want to be on the opposite end as being seen as less than and less important but would like to be considered equally in all things and thus I commit myself to do the same for others within the principle of Give as you would Like to Receive

When and as I see myself not caring about other people -- I stop and I breathe – I see and realise that I would not want to be in a position where people do not care about me and thus I commit myself to care for others as I would like to be cared for within the principle of Give as you would Like to Receive

When and as I see myself believe that I have a right to comfort -- I stop and I breathe – I see and realise that I cannot demand and complain about ‘my right to comfort’ as long as I am doing shit about other people having been denied a life of comfort due to greed and self-interest and so I commit myself to stop greed and self-interest within me and to engage myself and use my time effectively to ensure that whatever I do benefits the whole – where my own personal desire for comfort is not allowed to compromise or prolong the discomfort for others

When and as I see myself just 'wanting to do nothing' -- I stop and I breathe – I see and realise that I am coming from an energetic polarity experience where I perceive myself to ‘have done a lot’ and now want to reward myself with ‘doing nothing’ – where all I am looking at and considering are internal energy experiences which have got nothing to do with reality and what is Best for All and so I commit myself to stop and investigate my experience and align myself in breath to ensure that my decisions are based on variables which actual matter and contribute to physical reality

When and as I see myself wanting to experience something 'positive' after having experienced something 'negative' -- I stop and I breathe – I see and realise that I am only taking into consideration limited amount of information as only ‘how I experience myself’ without looking beyond myself and that I am still looking at experiences in separation of myself where I believe a ‘something’ will give me this or that experience, not seeing and realising that I am the one who decided to experience myself negatively within doing one thing and decided to experience myself positively within doing another thing – and then place the responsibility of ‘how I am going to experience myself’ unto other things/beings – abdicating my self-responsibility completely and so I commit myself to investigate my energy attachments and to disregard any mind energy variables within decision making

When and as I see myself wanting to 'take a break' and wanting to 'zone out' from a starting point of "I am unavailable to do anything else" -- I stop and I breathe – I see and realise that I am making a decision based on my limited reality/experience as mind and am not taking into consideration that reality does not work according to ‘my rules’ and ‘what I feel like doing / not doing’ and that things require to be done and can happen whether I am up for it or not and so I commit myself to snap out my ‘unavailable’ zone and bring myself here in reality, in breath, in my body

When and as I see myself wanting to experience something positive as a 'quick fix' to charge myself up so I can continue with my day -- I stop and I breathe – I see and realise that this is reactive behaviour which will only repeat itself without every changing anything in fact and so I commit myself to investigate the origin/cause of my ‘energy depletion’ which requires a ‘fix’ so that I can correct myself and direct myself within common sense rather than being a slave to / being energy dependent

Day 194: Giving up on Myself - Idea of Roughness

Day 190: Giving up on Myself - The Spoiled Brat Syndrome
Day 191: Giving up on Myself - My Life is so Rough (Part 2)
Day 192: Giving up on Myself - Happiness Drone (Part 3)
Day 193: Giving up on Myself - The Quick Fix Cycle

When and as I see myself react to someone asking me to do something within an attitude of 'No, it's too much, I had SUCH a rough day' -- I stop and I breathe -- I see and realise that I am responding from reaction wherein I have accepted and allowed myself to attach a negative energy charge to the day / activities I did and where I am now reacting to the prospect of more activities to which I have attached a negative energy charge -- where I believe that I had 'enough' negative experiences and can't handle more -- not seeing and realising that it is not about the activities/tasks that I did or might do -- but about the charges that I had attached to them, and thus I am not so much reacting to what it is another is asking me to do, but the energy I have attached to it -- and so I commit myself to stop, breathe, let go and ground myself in my human physical body and simply do what is asked of me

When and as I see myself believing that I have a rough life -- I stop and I breathe -- I see and realise that I have created an idea about what 'a rough life' means, where I accepted and allowed myself to base my definition of roughness on a mental experience of negativity -- and where this energy experience is self-created and thus not so much my life being rough as me giving myself a hard time within attaching negative energy experiences to my life and what I do / go through -- and so I commit myself to stop, breathe -- take responsibility for my self-created experience of roughness within Self Forgiveness and Self Corrective Statements

When and as I see myself react when seeing that something needs to be done or someone asks me to do something wherein I think 'Ugh no, let someone else do it' -- I stop and I breathe -- I see and realise that I am coming from a reaction where I allowed an accumulation of negative experiences to build up within me and where the prospect of another 'negative experience' is seen as 'the last drop that spills the bucket' and where I thus resist doing what I see requires to be done / do what is asked of me -- and so I commit myself to do what is asked of me and to investigate the process of accumulation that occurred to assist and support myself in becoming more effective in identifying where I am still reacting

When and as I see myself huff and puff and protest when someone asks me to do something -- I stop and I breathe -- I see and realise that this reaction is an indication that I have not been breathing effectively and have been allowing reactions to build up and accumulate and so I commit myself to stop, breathe and practice in breath awareness as I go about my day

When and as I see myself wanting things for 'free' and 'without charge' where I want to just 'get it' without having to do anything for it -- I stop and I breathe -- I see and realise that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that I am entitled to free things without considering the actual costs / consequences involved and so I commit myself to remind myself that nothing is for free and that someone always pays the price and so I commit myself to take on my responsibility and to ensure that I minimize consequence for myself and others within the principle of prevention is the best cure and do unto another as you would like to be done unto yourself

When and as I see myself access the believe that 'I have the right to only ever do whatever I want' -- I stop and I breathe – I see and realise that this principle is not universally applicable / practical, and if it not feasible for everyone then it is not a principle to live by and so I commit myself to snap out of this brainwashing as it’s unsustainable nature causes much harm and abuse and commit myself to take responsibility and do my part within contributing to make our living environment work for everyone – both at home and on a global scale

Day 178: Fail-You-Are - Redefining Failure

Currently the world failure for me is a point of “I fucked up”, “I can’t do this – I am done with” -- where I made a mistake and now I am defined by this point to the extent of it having become an ‘inability’ of mine.

So let’s look at the sounding of the word ‘Failure’

Fail Ure

Fail You Are

Fear Lure

Fa I ll - I in Fall

Within this it is clear that Failure holds an energetic charge of ‘taking things personally’ – where if I fall – I am defined by that fall and within doing so the fall becomes a fail and I am a Failure.

Failure and Fail also come from the Latin word ‘Fallere’ which can also be interpreted as ‘to deceive’. What I see within this is that when I take on the point of ‘I am a Failure’ – it’s also a point of self-deception as self-sabotage – where if I make myself the failure then ‘all is lost’ and there is nothing more for me to do. So it’s in essence an abdication of Self-Responsibility – Because if I Fall and I don’t put myself / I into the fall where it becomes a ‘Fa I l’ – then I am able to just observe what happened, see where things went wrong and correct myself. But if I am the Failure, then I integrate the Fall into myself as a Failure and then that’s the end of the story.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to take falling personal

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to when I fall submerge myself in an energetic experience of failure as self-defeatism where I allow the point of falling to become a burden I carry as an extension of myself and where I accept and allow myself to define myself as this point of falling within experiencing myself as a failure

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to take it personal when I fall and turn it into a fail wherein I make the point in which I fell as something which is final and within that do not give myself the time and space to correct myself and change within learning from my fall

I forgive myself that I haven’t accepted and allowed myself to see and realise that participating within failing and failure is a form of self-deception as self-sabotage where one deliberately give up on self in order to forgo the alternative of taking responsibility for the fall and in fact changing/correcting within learning from the fall as a point of self-empowerment

When and as I see myself participate within an energetic experience of failure and think thoughts in the likes of “I am such a failure” – I stop and I breathe – I see and realise that I am sabotaging myself within denying myself the opportunity to learn and change and rather wanting to give up - and so I commit myself to investigate my starting point within myself , towards myself and whether I am really actually engaged in Real Self-Change or whether I am just screwing around and within that I commit myself to breathe , ground myself within and as my physical body and learn from the fall in humbleness and take it into a practical walk of change/correction within seeing and realising where things were in misalignment and how I can do things differently to specify my self-application

So a new definition for Failure could be:

When one has fallen and defined oneself according to the fall within taking the point personal. Within doing so one has given one’s power away within holding on to the point within which one has fallen instead of taking self-responsibility and learning from the mistake and utilising the fall as an opportunity to correct and change

So now whenever the point of Failure pops up in my reality I know what I am participating within and can re-align/correct myself out of my mindfuck :-)
