Day 159: Generating an Eating Disorder – The Power of Writing – Part 3

This blog is a continuation to:
Day 155: Introduction – Starving Myself

Day 156: Wanting Passion and Purpose in Life

Day 157: Generating an Eating Disorder – The Power of Thought - Part 1
Day 158: Generating an Eating Disorder - The Power of Images - Part 2

Within the book where I made my drawings / sketches – I would also start keeping a form of diary.

Here, I would write everyday about how I felt, what I did and how I did in terms of keeping up with particular goals. I would set myself particular goals, whether it was in the form of calories, weight or exercise. Depending on how I did – my writing would either be ‘happy’ and ‘positive’ if I had kept up with my goal or did ‘better’ – and would be ‘negative’ and literally me insulting myself, if things hadn’t gone according to plan. When I was busy managing my thoughts (which I wrote about in Day 157: Generating an Eating Disorder – The Power of Thoughts - Part 1) I would also ‘practise’ insulting myself where I would swear at myself if I fucked up – I had a really hard time with that one, and it felt completely stupid, awkward and fake to be calling myself a ‘stupid bitch’ for instance. I never would previously insult or swear at myself so this point I transferred to writing, where I would practice ‘bashing’ myself. It was awkward at first, but I got better at it. The writing was always more to induce some kind of emotional response inside myself – where I used writing and words to ‘work myself up’ to get to a particular emotional state like being very sad or very angry.

After a while I would also start keeping diagrams and graphs in terms of how my weight was progressing over time – where I would have one chart/graph in terms of how I would like things to go and another one showing how things actually were moving (which was of course a different story).

So I would write, write, write – which was like me ‘winding myself up’ like some mechanical doll – then I’d have achieved a particular ‘state of mind’ which I would use to manipulate myself to be in a ‘bad spot’ from which I would then ‘push’ myself out into the opposite direction in terms of re-committing and motivating myself to a point of ‘I’m gonna do this’ and ‘I’m going to get there’.

This is where I saw that emotions are not always reactions as things that just ‘happen’, but is something that one can actually create and generate and use to influence oneself in one way or another. And within this also, how writing can be used to wire yourself up in a particular way and re-enforce particular patterns (like judging / bashing myself).

So now I already had quite a package deal for myself to influence my behaviour and attitude through writing, thinking, drawing, reading and watching. It was really quite the undertaking and required my constant engagement in either ways to keep myself going. It was literally a full-time job where any moment of non-participation in any of these points would immediately show/reflect in how I was doing in terms of sticking to my plan – where there would be drop in motivation and commitment.

This was quite an insightful experience, because I had never worked with myself in this way in terms of my thoughts, emotions and writing – and discovered quite a bit in terms of how these things can be used as tools to ‘change’ yourself. What I did not realise at that point yet, were the implicit considerations. I did for instance not look at how my ‘normal’ and what felt to me ‘natural’ thoughts, emotions and feelings were also constantly influencing me and controlling my behaviour. I simply accepted them ‘as me’ and did not consider to use for instance writing to change those points as well.

So when I came to the point of finding Desteni and watching Jack and Veno and other beings do interviews through the Portal on Thoughts, Feeling & Emotions and Writing – I immediately jumped the boat because I had experienced first hand how these points can be manipulated and used to get a particular result. The only thing that required to change was my starting-point as I had used these points against myself where I had accepted my limited nature and then used ‘what I got’ as ‘limitation’ to try and make things work for me in terms of entertaining myself within my Life and achieving a sense of ‘getting somewhere’ within developing an Eating Disorder (and in essence, ‘specialising’ / ‘extensifiying’ my limitation lol) – instead of looking at who and what I had accepted and allowed myself to become as self-limitation (eg. I cannot be passionate, I cannot have a sense of purpose, I cannot commit myself) and using writing to assist and support myself through these limitations within changing my Thoughts, Feeling and Emotions – as it was these patterns that I was participating within that were keeping myself locked and hindered me from embracing and becoming actual change.

Day 149: Interpretation vs Seeing & Correcting

This blog is a continuation to:
Day 130: Holding Myself Back
Day 131: Timidity
Day 139: Taking things Personal is Self-Interest
Day 140: Opting for Avoidance over Change
Day 141: Why are you so Mean to Me?
Day 142: Respecting Beliefs
Day 143: Busted!
Day 144: Moving Beyond Self
Day 145: From Reaction to Self-Reflection

When and as I see myself noticing consequence within me playing in any form, as the result of how I am playing around but want to ‘hold on’ to my way of doing things even though the feedback I am giving is telling me that it is not working effectively for everyone – I stop and I breathe – I see and realise that I am being selfish within wanting to hold on to ‘my way of doing things’ – where I want to have fun the way I want to do it, where I believe that any deviation from MY WAY is a compromise which makes whatever I do NOT Fun anymore, not seeing and realising that I am in fact compromising by not changing as this has consequence for not just me but other people as well and so I commit myself to investigate ‘my way’ and see how I can change things in my approach to make sure that no consequences come about which could have been prevented if only I cared to prevent them

When and as I see myself react to others getting angry or giving me “negative” feedback in terms of how I do things for fun and take this personal within believing that it is ‘not fair’ because ‘I’m just having fun’ and ‘Why can’t they just leave me alone’ – I stop and I breathe – I see and realise that I am only taking my mind experience into consideration and do not want to give this up and so do not investigate how what I am doing may create damage to others and so I commit myself to unconditionally look at who I am in what I am doing and check whether how I am doing things cannot be done differently without taking it personal as it is just a matter of acting in a way that’s best for all and aligning my application

When and as I see myself react to “negative feedback” in relation to what I do within believing that it is about me personally and that this means that “I am not good enough” and that “I should hide” – I stop and I breathe – I see and realise that I am merely interpreting the feedback given to me and distract myself with thoughts of self-judgment instead of looking at the point, where within giving in to such thoughts and not looking at how I can perfect myself I am actually manifesting myself as ‘not good enough’ as I am deliberately not pushing myself to be the best version of myself that I can be and so I commit myself to stop thoughts of self-judgment and instead simply look at the practical points in terms of how I can specify and expand my application in whatever I do, such as having fun

When and as I see myself in a situation where one is angry at me and I am reacting within fear/anxiety/crying – where I believe that he is wrong just because he is angry which I interpret as ‘exerting power over me’ and believe that I am right simply because I am in fear and crying which I interpret as ‘being a victim’ where a victim is ‘always right’ – where the other is the ‘bad guy’ and I am ‘the poor girl’ – and within that do not look at anything that has been said simply because of this weird-ass conviction – I stop and I breathe – I see and realise that I am allowing myself to be limited in what I see due to belief systems that I have accepted and allowed to exist within and as me and so I commit myself to investigate my belief systems and remove them to assist myself being able to see the bigger picture and correct myself accordingly

Day 12: Anxiety and Me - Part 2

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to have created a relationship of comfort with anxiety

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that being in a state of anxiety something provides me with greater control over myself and my situation

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to have created a connection between "anxiety" and "preparedness"

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that if I am in a state of anxiety, that I am somehow better prepared for whatever which may be coming

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that anxiety places me in a 'better position' -- instead of seeing and realising that it is actually in reverse

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe and perceive that if I already place myself mentally within the unwanted situation which I anticipate -- that this somehow is going to affect the outcome in a way that benefits me

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to find the experience of anxiety "normal"

I forgive myself that I haven't accepted and allowed myself to see and realise that the experience of anxiety is in fact not normal at all and is rather uncomfortable and unpleasant

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to have given my power away to an experience

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to have given my power away to emotions and feelings and within that I forgive myself that I haven't accepted and allowed myself to see and realise that by giving my power away to emotions and feelings such as anxiety, I am in fact validating and enforcing their existence while at the same time invalidating and weakening myself

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to have placed emotions and feelings in a position of Author-ity where I have accepted and allowed myself to let emotions and feelings dictate who I am and how I experience myself instead of seeing and realising myself as my own Author-ity and scripting my own path within alignment with that which is Best for All

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that I am a victim of my feelings and emotions

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that there is nothing that I can do about the emotions and feelings I experience and that all I can do is "wait it out" until I can feel 'better'

I forgive myself that I haven't accepted and allowed myself to stand up within myself to no longer accept and allow emotions and feelings to dictate who I am

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that I am a slave to my feelings and emotions

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to regard emotions and feelings as some 'external force' to which I can only submit -- instead of seeing and realising that emotions and feelings are not some external force, but are in fact me as who I have accepted and allowed myself to be and become and that it is a matter of me abdicating my responsibility towards a part of myself from which I am have separated myself from

I forgive myself that I haven't accepted and allowed myself to see and realise that the emotions and feelings I experience are me in fact as what I have accepted and allowed myself to become and that it is thus a matter of me directing myself towards an outcome that is Best for All and thus also best for me

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to have separated myself from my emotions and feelings

I forgive myself that I haven't accepted and allowed myself to question the experiences inside me as feelings and emotions even though they clearly make my life more difficult and less pleasant

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that it is okay to act upon emotions and feelings as that is what everyone else seems to have been doing

I forgive myself that I haven't accepted and allowed myself to question manifestations within this world which clearly do not bring about an outcome which is Best for All -- simply because I see others not question it

I forgive myself that I haven't accepted and allowed myself to see and realise that the principle of what is Best for All overrules the conditioning of the masses

When and as I see myself going into a state of anxiety and going "oh no, here it goes again" -- I stop and I breathe -- I see and realise that the very statement as the thought "here IT goes again" implies separation and is me indicating to myself where I have accepted and allowed myself to separate myself from a part of myself and thus abdicate my self-responsibility. As I breathe in I allow myself to acknowledge the fact that this anxiety is in fact me and not some separate entity here to dominate me and since I am the creator of the anxiety as myself I am perfectly capable of directing this anxiety and stop myself as anxiety

When and as I see myself going into a state of anxiety -- I stop and I breathe -- I ask myself "What am I afraid of facing" and investigate the origin of anxiety within myself. I allow myself to sit down and have a look at the points which opened up and apply Self-Forgiveness and Self-Corrective Statements so that these points no longer remain as obstacles within my life

When and as I see myself going into a state of anxiety -- I stop and I take a deep breath in and a deep breath out -- I assist and support myself within breathing to ground myself and re-direct the energy instead of the energy directing me as this has shown me to lead me nowhere

When and as I find myself in a state of anxiety and find myself feeling small and powerless in the face of this emotional experience -- I stop and I breathe -- I see and realise that I am in fact the one feeding this manifestation inside myself where I have accepted and allowed myself to give my power away to emotions and feelings and within that impose inferiority upon myself -- I see and realise that this is not self-supportive and thus I get myself back together and STOP within the realisation that I am the creator and origin of the experienced fear and anxiety

I commit myself to the establishment of an Equal Money System where feelings and emotions are part of a child's education so that a child may learn and know how to deal with feelings and emotions from an early age

I commit myself to the re-education of Parents so that parents may be the living examples to the children and so assist and support them in terms of how to deal with their internal realities so that these may be aligned within the interest of what is Best for All

I commit myself to expose the uselessness and inherent limitation existent within the allowance of emotions and feelings to rule our very being and to show what is possible when one place themselves as their own Author-ity within one’s life

I commit myself to the end of all fear and anxiety -- in myself and everyone else
