Day 204: It Can't be That Easy
This is a continuation to:
Day 203: My Head is like a Broken Record
I now have started a 'new thing' for myself wherein I first speak in my Self-Forgiveness blog and record it with my cellphone (lol, I first wrote 'selfphone',which is like 'self sounding' from the perspective of "phone"/"phonetics") and afterwards write it out.
I decided to do it this way because I have had massive resistance speaking my whole life, where even just this one point of speaking out loud by myself has become a point of resistance and awkwardness, where the sound of my own voice freaks me out. As a child I used being quiet as a coping mechanism, where I believed that if I can keep myself quiet, I can make myself unnoticeable and I will be less likely to entice conflict within my environment.
So within speaking my Self Forgiveness out loud, I find myself being able to have to practically move through the resistance of fear of speaking – even if it is just “to” myself, to get comfortable with my own voice – as I often speak in mumbles to get the speaking ‘over with’ instead of making sure that my words are clear and specific. Here again, doing the Self Forgiveness out loud has shown to be another ground of practice within that regard – where it is easier to notice whether the words are flowing and/or whether there is any judgment involved in the point I am working on, or the words used within the Self Forgiveness.
Anyway, as I was speaking and writing my blog from yesterday ‘Day 203: My Mind is Like a Broken Record’ – I started to breathe. I started to breathe, I started to slow down for myself and found myself able to disregard the information my thoughts were attempting to convey – reminding myself, that the chatter is not relevant and so, there is no point giving it attention and then suddenly POOF the thought it gone lol.
This morning I woke up with the general emotions and thoughts as what I had accepted to be ‘normal’ to wake up with – and immediately I stopped, I looked at the thoughts, the emotions and what they represent and asked myself: Wait a minute – how are you relevant again? How is this supposed to help me being effective, help me within being stable, help me within establishing a world that is best for all Life? And I looked at the thoughts, the feelings and emotions and kind of an ‘uuuuh’ experience – where it was clear that these thoughts, feelings and emotions have absolutely no function within the context of what is Best for All Life, and gone they went.
I took a deep breath, threw my blanket open, ready to jump out of bed and was surprised at the ease and lightness with which I was getting out of bed – it was so strange, “this is not normal”, “this is not how it usually goes”, “can it really be that easy?” And there, doubt set in, and from the moment that I even just started considering the possible validity of these statements as thoughts in the slightest way – a darkness and a heaviness crept in and it was like prison bars shot down from the sky out of nowhere and back I was in my cage. Dammit! I allowed myself to be fooled again lol. So I stopped, looked at the thoughts, looked at where they came from, looked at the resistance of living my commitment – where the point of ‘It can’t be that easy’ was basically me looking for an excuse/justification to fail and find a reason why I can’t commit to my decision, which again is really not a ‘can’t’, but more of a ‘I don’t want to’.
I found myself missing many breaths and I also found myself picking up on Breathing just as much today. The habitual doubt and self-judgment always just being around the corner to question myself and my commitment – where each time I miss, it finds an opportunity to show its face, and I find an opportunity to not participate and simply start over.

Day 150: How Dare you make me Feel Bad?
This blog is a continuation to:
Day 130: Holding Myself Back
Day 131: Timidity
Day 139: Taking things Personal is Self-Interest
Day 140: Opting for Avoidance over Change
Day 141: Why are you so Mean to Me?
Day 142: Respecting Beliefs
Day 143: Busted!
Day 144: Moving Beyond Self
Day 145: From Reaction to Self-Reflection
Day 149: Interpretation vs Seeing & Correcting
When and as I see myself react to someone saying something which ‘makes me feel bad’ within interpreting them as a ‘bad person’ that is ‘being mean’ – I stop and I breathe – I see and realise that I am accessing the belief that no-one has the right to ‘make me feel bad’ and is only allowed to do and say things that generate ‘happy feelings’ and so I commit myself to let go of this belief system as I have seen and realised that it is a belief of compromise and allow myself to hear what the person is saying regardless of my reactions to the words spoken and I commit myself to work through any reactions that arise through Self Forgiveness and Self Corrective Statements / Application
When and as I see myself react when someone says something to another, the other starts crying or displays other forms of behaviour that clearly indicate that they are ‘feeling bad’, where I see and believe the person who made the comment to be ‘evil’ and should not have said whatever it is they said regardless of the content of the message, simply because someone reacted badly to it and believe they should be punished for what they did – I stop and I breathe – I see and realise that I am playing out a belief system based on the past as memories where a figure of authority ineffectively dealt with a similar situation, because we have accepted and allowed ourselves to value a ‘happiness society’ that does not take into consideration what consequences stem forth from this happiness, where happiness must be preserved at all times regardless of any practical common sense considerations and so I commit myself to let go of this belief as I’ve seen its limitation and commit myself to work with what is here as the words spoken instead of reaction and interpretation
When and as I see myself react to words spoken to me within wanting to cry from the starting point of wanting to make a point as ‘look what a mean person this is, look at what they are doing to me’ as a way to shift the attention away from me to the other person within attempting to put them in a ‘bad light’ – I stop and I breathe – I see and realise that I am manipulating myself and trying to manipulate others around me so that I am able to sabotage myself within not having to look at what was being said and having to possibly change – and so I commit myself to stop and look at what it is that I am trying to protect within wanting to go into manipulation and actually hear the words being spoken
When and as I see myself go into an experience of feeling bad/hurt/violated as a reaction to something someone said and within that become completely deaf to what was said and completely indulge myself into the experience of feeling bad/hurt/violated and not being able to ‘believe’ how one could ‘do this to me’ – I stop and I breathe – I see and realise I am utilising this as a distraction technique to not have to look at what was being said and what this implies about my application, but rather want to point fingers at the other and how ‘they’ have to change because ‘look at what they are doing to me’ and so I commit myself to stop the self-manipulation as drowning myself within emotions and backchat and actually hear what was said and reflect this back to myself and assess my application accordingly
When and as I see myself wanting to say something to another but foresee the possibility that they may possibly feel hurt / cry and within that decide to not speak / hold back within ‘not wanting to be mean’ – I stop and I breathe – I see and realise that I am acting upon a response pattern based the past as memories which I have seen and realised are not good examples to live by and so I commit myself to let go of the fear of ‘being seen as mean’ and look at whether what I want to say is relevant or not and speak accordingly
When and as I see myself believe that my experience of feeling hurt/crying as a reaction to conflict/anger is genuine/real – I stop and I breathe – I see and realise that when things just ‘happen to me’ that I am not being the directive principle and that as such it cannot be ‘genuinely me’ as I did not genuinely in full self-awareness bring about this experience, but merely happened as a ‘reaction’ and so I commit myself to not accept my experience at face value but to investigate where it comes from and walk through it within Self Forgiveness and Self Corrective Statements / Application so that I can move from reaction to seeing

Day 137: Re-Acting Reactive Reactions
This blog is a continuation to:
Day 130: Holding Myself Back
Day 131: Timidity
Day 132: How we Bring Personality Traits into Being
Day 133: Managing vs. Correcting My Inner Reality
Day 134: Living by the Rule of Fear
Day 135: Stopping the Pattern
Day 136: Walking Back in Time
When and as I see myself reacting to energy as aggravation/anger within another form of energy as fear and anxiety – I stop and I breathe – I see and realise that I am in reactive mode within only responding to energy and not taking into consideration physical reality and so I commit myself to snap myself out of reaction mode and ground myself within and as my human physical body
When and as I see myself reacting to someone expressing anger/aggravation or other forms of conflict/friction within and immediately want to place that energy as conflict/friction into a position of authority wherein I accepted and allowed this energy to determine who I am and what I do – I stop and I breathe – I see and realise that I am the one assigning such power to energy and that it does not have to be this way and so I commit myself to give my power back to myself and establish myself within and as the physical through breath so I may assess the situation/scenario in fact and not just react to energy in fear
When and as I see myself reacting to someone else being in a reactive energy mode upon which I also enter an energetic reaction mode – I stop and I breathe – I see and realise that by reacting within energy and not stopping but participating within the energy I am only ‘throwing the ball back’ wherein I / we are validating the energy game we are playing and thus support it through participation and so I commit myself to stop, breathe, ground myself as my human physical body to no longer support my energy habit or the energy habit of another as myself
When and as I see myself believe/think that people reacting to reactions is normal – I stop and I breathe – I see and realise that this belief is the result of brainwashing within not questioning what we as humans have accepted and allowed ourselves to become as sucking real bad at living on Earth in a way that makes sense and what effective communication really entails – and so I commit myself to investigate where I am still allowing myself to react to reactions and walk these points within Self Forgiveness and Self Corrective Statements/Application
When and as I see myself control my movement in my reality to avoid certain external reactions within fear of them igniting particular reactions within me which I want to avoid – I stop and I breathe – I see and realise that I am merely circumventing the problem by trying to avoid getting my buttons pushed – but that does not mean that the buttons are not there and so I commit myself to investigate what it is I want to avoid and place myself in those situations to assist and support myself to practically walk through the experience which I want to avoid/fear and prove to myself that I do not have to be a slave to reactions
When and as I see myself control my movement within my reality in order to seek out particular external reactions to which I will have particular reactions which I have deemed as ‘desirable’ – I stop and I breathe – I see and realise that such behavioural patterns indicate that I have accepted and allowed myself to separate myself from certain points within my reality, where I believe I have to reach out to triggers/reactions to cause a particular experience inside myself so I can believe myself to be fulfilled for a moment – and so I commit myself to look at what it is that I want / find desirable and investigate self-honesty what it is that I perceive as lacking within myself causing me to reach out for external inputs to create an artificial experience for myself based on energy within writing, Self Forgiveness and Self Corrective Statements/Application.

Day 67: You can HEAR me?!
This blog is a continuation to:
Day 62: There Must be Something Wrong!
Day 63: Keeping the Wheels Turning
Day 64: Holding on to Myself
Day 65: Fear of Sharing
Day 66: Valuing my Inner Space
When I was a kid I thought that humming sounds/songs was just like having thoughts, in terms that you were the only one who could ‘hear’ what you were humming, just like you are the only one who can ‘hear’ what you’re thinking.
I liked humming a lot in primary school as a form of entertainment in class and outside the class.
When the bell would ring as a signal that break –time was over, all the pupils would rush to their class’ designated spot, and within that spot – each student also had a specific place they had to be in. Everyone had to be in lines, in pairs and be quiet before the teachers would take us into our class. There was this one teacher who liked walking around with a hand bell and shake it very loudly in the ears of any pupils still talking / making a noise.
If there was still noise/whispers going on while they were walking around the lines before taking us to class, they’d tell us that we were going to have to keep standing right there where we were. Since I believed that humming was just like thoughts, and that no-one could hear it but me – I would hum very loudly while standing in the line, thinking that I was so clever that I could still make noise without anyone hearing it – and within that kind of ‘cheat the system’. I’d do my best to hum as loud as I could and then the teachers would inspect the lines and walk right by me without reacting to my humming or saying anything about it, and I felt so good about myself that I could make this noise without anyone noticing – like I had this secret space where I could still do whatever I wanted even if I couldn’t do it ‘out there’.
And since none of the teachers ever made a remark about my humming, I kept on believing that my humming was only heard by me (obviously the humming was audible, but I think that since most teachers really liked my older brother and sister and saw us as ‘good students’, that they didn’t bother to say anything about my weird behaviour lol).
Then, waaay later – well not that much later, maybe a few months, a year? – we were in Spain with the family during the holidays. Me and Maite were making our way to go downstairs because we were about to go somewhere or say hi to someone. As I was running/jumping off the stairs I was humming a Cranberries song and as we moved down the stairs Maite started the sing the song that I was humming.
And then it hit me.
Oh
My
God
She can hear me
LOL!
I went into complete shock/fear – and I asked her “why are you singing this song?” And then she’s all plainly responds “Well you were humming it”.
I was so freaked out – this meant that during all those years of my LOUD humming in many public places/occasions – everyone actually heard me?
Woah!
I felt so embarrassed lol.
Although this whole ‘humming’ point is quite innocent in itself, what I found interesting in this memory is how I related ‘humming’ to ‘thinking’ as something I can do in my own space to entertain myself, where I believed that even though there were ‘physical constraints’ (like being in class or having to be quiet somewhere) – I could still do what I want and enjoy the freedom of my mind.
So following from this, I will be working on this point of perceived ‘freedom’ in my mind as a place where I can ‘do what I want’ and so in essence ‘escape’ from reality.

Day 52: Prelude – Don’t take anything for Granted
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to react to the parrot screams within a negative energy charge
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to have attached a negative energy charge signature to the sound/hearing of parrot screams
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to have judged parrot scream as ‘bad’ and categorised it within myself as a ‘dislike’
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to react to the sound of parrots screaming and within that I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to ignore my reaction and hope that it will just go away by itself
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to unconditionally investigate the nature of my reactions
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to have judged myself as ‘weak’ for reacting to the sounds of screaming parrots
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to have created a connection/relationship between ‘the sound of screaming parrots’ and ‘fear of conflict’
I forgive myself that I haven’t accepted and allowed myself to investigate the nature of my reaction towards the parrots screaming – where my reaction had nothing to do with ‘Parrots Screaming’ per se – but with the connections I had created within myself as associations to past memories where similar sounds were present and as such stored within and as me – where within the moment of hearing the parrots screaming/screeching, I as my mind scanned through my life history as all the stored memories I as a personality exist as – and identified memories with similar features – in this case ‘screams’ – where I as my mind connected the screaming/screeching sounds of Parrots to that of my parents screaming – and within that split of a second of hearing the parrots scream: upload the experience inside myself which I used to have when I would hear screaming inside the house and send it all throughout my body, wherein I accepted and allowed myself to believe that this was a ‘new’ experience and an experience purely related to ‘parrots screaming’ – without seeing and realising that there is no such thing as ‘new experiences’ but the recycling of the past
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to associate the sound of screams within fear of conflict where I accepted and allowed myself to have defined ‘screams’ as a ‘bad omen’
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to have defined ‘screams’ and the experience of hearing screams as being a ‘bad omen’ – where the moment I make the connection between ‘screams’ and ‘bad omen’ go into anxiety and become edgy because I am expecting something ‘bad’ to happen at any given moment
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to have blamed the parrots within believe that they were the cause / source / origin of my experience of edginess/anxiety – without seeing and realising that I am the cause / source / point of origin within recycling past memories within me and uploading their energetic experiences and pasting these on the current moment
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to within hearing parrots screaming go into anxiety / edginess where I expect ‘bad things’ to happen as ‘fear of conflict’ – where I expect someone lashing out on me at any moment
When and as I see myself reacting to the sound of parrots screaming – I stop and I breathe – I see and realise that I am accessing a pre-programmed response pattern based on memory where in the past I made a connection between ‘screams’ and experiencing a ‘bad vibe’.
Within that I commit myself to breathe, be here as my human physical body, ground myself and let go of the experience
When and as I see myself reacting to the sound of parrots screaming within judgment – I stop and I breathe – I see and realise that I am not in fact judging the parrots screaming at present – but acting within and as memory where I had bad experiences with screams in the past and created a judgment about screams and where I even judge the parrots and their screams for ‘making me feel bad’ within screaming.
Within that I commit myself to breathe, be here and stop my energetic participation
When and as I see myself reacting to the sound of parrots screaming and wanting to ignore/dismiss it – I stop and I breathe – I see and realise that I am deliberately covering up parts of myself that I do not want to change and so I commit myself to look at my reaction and investigate its nature and walk it to its end within Self Forgiveness and Self Corrective Statements/Application
When and as I see myself judging myself as ‘weak’ for reacting to the sound of parrots screaming – I stop and I breathe – I see and realise that there is nothing to judge about – all that this point is revealing to me is the mathematical, mechanical precision of the mind within creating connections and associations to the past as memories and pulling these memories up when identifying similarities – and thus there is nothing to judge about in terms of taking my reaction ‘personal’ – since my reaction is simply the outflow of the design of the mind
When and as I see myself reacting to the sound of screaming parrots within accessing ‘fear of conflict’ – I stop and I breathe – I see and realise that my past as memories are not applicable to the present and that what I am experiencing is merely the mind doing its job in following associations and pulling up memory experiences – and so I commit myself to breathe, be here – let go of the memory and be present as the moment so that I may experience what is here and not an interpretation of what is here through the filters of memory
I commit myself to show that any point/reaction one face is nothing more than the mathematical/mechanical outflow of the workings/design of the mind – and thus it is imperative to educate self on the workings of the mind so one can work through points specifically and effectively – and that there is no point creating opinions/ideas about points since your mind is a mere mechanical/mathematical programmed entity which does what it is programmed to do and within that no experience/point is “special” or “dull” but just the outflow/consequence of how the mind works
When and as I see myself reacting to the sound of parrots screaming within accessing the fear of ‘conflict’ – I stop and I breathe – I see and realise that I am merely accessing past memories and their energetic signatures and imposing them on the present – and so I commit myself to breathe, be here – ground myself and let the fear flow out of my body
When and as I see myself reacting to the sound of parrots screaming within accessing the belief that it is a ‘bad omen’ – I stop and I breathe – I see and realise that I am accessing associations based on past memories and so I commit myself to stop participating within this belief and ground myself here as my Human physical body within breath
When and as I see myself reacting to the parrots screaming within blame – I stop and I breathe – I see and realise that I am the source / origin / cause of my experience and that there is no point in pointing fingers --- within that I commit myself to take self-responsibility for reaction within stopping my participation within and work through the point within Self Forgiveness and Self Corrective Statements/Application
When and as I see myself reacting to the sound of parrot screams within anxiety/edginess – I stop and I breathe – I see and realise that there is no point in generating and participating within these emotions and I commit myself to Stop, Breathe, Be Here within and as the stability of my human physical body
When and as I see myself reacting to the sound of parrots screaming within believing it being a ‘bad omen’ where it will lead to conflict/someone lashing out on me – where this experience comes forth in a subtle form of paranoia – I stop and I breathe – I see and realise that I am NOT here since I am accepting and allowed myself to be moved by triggers where I go into energetic experiences – and so I commit myself to Breathe, be here and move my awareness from my mind to my human physical body and investigate the trigger/pattern revealed to me
Will investigate the specific memory linked to the energetic reaction
