I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to present myself a someone who isn't a racist.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to talk bad about racists.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to judge racists.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to judge racists because they speak their thoughts, while i keep them for me.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to be a hypocrite by judging racists while I actually do the same but only in thoughts.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to be ashamed to have racist related thoughts.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to start feeling uncomfortable whenever I see a foreigner passing by the street.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to start feeling uncomfortable whenever seeing a foreigner passing by altough I know I shouldnt.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to resist going to school alone because I fear someoene might come and bother me.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to foreigners because of all the stories I've heard from my friends.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear forgeigners because I saw people fighting with my friends that were foreigners.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to remember the fight with foreigners better then the fights with "white" people.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not feel safe when I walk in a part of town where there only live foreigners.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to do my ebst to have friends from different cultures, races, so I could prove to myself - see, leila, its ok, you're not a racist.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear other people their reactions, thoughts and judgements about my self forgiveness lines.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to wonder and worry what a foreigner might maybe possibly think of me if he/she would be reading this.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to secretly think that all foreigners are the same, despite what people tell me about that being a shallow thing to think.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to tell myself that not all foreigners are the same - but I do not actually live it.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to let myself to programmed with fear towards foreigners by all the sensational dangerous stories my friends told me.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to feel ashamed of this fear whenever I pass a foreigner and he just walks by, doing nothing, telling myself, see how stupid you are.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear that my fear will be confirmed everytime I pass by a foreigne on street, fearing and hoping the person would leave me alone, else the fear would be confirmed and I would fear more.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear the feeling of fear inside me.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to be afraid and to fear the strength of certain fears inside me.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to blame foreigners for the fear inside of me - thinking that if they would only leave me and my friends alone that we wouldnt fear them like that.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself wanting to put the responsibility outside of myself.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe every single story my friends told me, how sensational and unbelievable they even were.

I forgive myself that I haven't accepted and allowed myself to take self responsibility for the experience of myself as experiencing fear.

I forgive myself that I haven't accepted and allowed myself to stop a fear that I know is totally ridiculous and not helping anyone anyway whatsoever.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to place everyone with a different skin colour under the label of "foreigner".

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to separate myself from people just because of the colour of their skin.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to give worth, importance and value to skin colour.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that the colour of my skin is a part of who I am.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to define people according to their skin colour.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to separate me from other people by something stupid such as colours.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to define myself according to the colour of my skin.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to be grateful for having a white skin, I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that if you dont have a white skin yuo have a way more hard and difficult life.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to see white people as superior because oh see how open minded we are and how we embrace all and are not racists (except in our minds).

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to see other skin coloured people as inferior because I've defined them and percieve them to be one of those characters in the stories that my friends told me about.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to percieve and experience someone as a racial group, as if they represent a group, a race, instead of experiencing them as an individual.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that people with a coloured skin are defined by their skin colour and that it makes them belong in a group

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to pity people with a coloured skin because I believe they must have a rough life dealing with all these racists.

I forgive myself that I haven't accepted and allowed myself to realise that all is one and equal, regardless skin colour or racial background.

I forgive myself that I haven't accepted and allowed myself that I am one and equal to everyone, regardless skin colour or racial background.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that skin colour matters.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to be scared and not wanting to hold another girls hand in elementary school because she was black and I noticed that the texture of her skin on her hand was different than mine.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to later be fascinated by the same sort of hands.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to act like I don't care about people their skin colour while me as my mind does.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to generate the same pattern of thoughts whenever I see a foreigner passing by the street.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to become angry and sad at some guys that shouted skinhead at me on the train, just cause I had a weird haircut.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to become angry and fearful everytime someone calls me skinhead because of my short hair.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear that someone might come and bother me because of my hort hair and them believing this means I'm a hardcore racist skinhead.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to think it might maybe do me good if a foreigner came to kick my ass for all those stupid thoughts I ever ahd about foreigners.

ok will observe myself clearly next time I go walking on the street and see what comes up.
